Commercial Applicator Examinations

The Alabama Department of Agriculture & Industries offers the following open days for examinations for Commercial Applicator Permits.

February 16^th, 2010

May 18^th, 2010

August 17^th, 2010

November 16^th, 2010

Examinations will be held at the Richard Beard Building located at 1445 Federal Drive in Montgomery and will begin at 8:30 A.M. As of October, 2004 examination fees have been set at $ 75.00 per category. Payments in cash are no longer accepted; on site payments can be made by check or money order. A paperless and more efficient computer based testing option is now available. Testers may schedule examination(s) Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (in some cases evening examinations are possible) at geographically advantageous sites throughout the state (Athens, Auburn, Birmingham, Dothan, Hanceville, Mobile, Montgomery, and Tanner).
